No disrespect to Kalib. I know the stress really gets to you. A lot of guys, they focus on not wanting to lose instead of wanting to win. I didn’t mean to disrespect him in any way. I just got frustrated because you can’t fight when somebody’s moving backward that fast.”

I agree If you want to fight in a major organization like the UFC you need to be at 110 % and nothing less.

Sorry Kalib but go home and re-think your carrier and if you still want to fight you need to remember that MMA is a sport and a show. We want to see pros fighting at 110% not what we saw on April 19.

I think Fedor is going to mop the floor with Sylvia but you never know. I think it will be an interesting fight. I guess we will see what will happen.

They both came out looking good. Frank got his usual crowd cheer mixed with boos. Cung got a good cheer but he looked a little nervous.

Round 1 started out with the two guys feeling each other out until Cung tries a round house with a spinning back fist and Shamrock grabs a hold of him and man oh man Cung freaks out and wiggles like crazy until Frank lets go…lol.  Then Cung gets started on the right hand side of Franks body with these scary big round houses to the arm, face and torso. They share a lot of punches and kicks, these guys take one and give one and repeat. Cung tries the spinning back fist again and Frank catches Cung again and throws him around again and then lets Cung up.In the last ten seconds Frank comes with a fury of punches and didn’t land much but like Frank he plays those game by giving the motion of sleeping to Cung. Like if Frank hurt Cung but I don’t think he landed one of the punches….lol

Round 2  Looks allot like round 1 with the guys trading punches and comments in the ring. Cung shoots this sick kick right into Franks jaw and launches out his mouthpiece across the ring. Cung gives the motion of that’s 1 and Franks smiles and agrees with him and also motions 1. Cung shoots kick after kick and Frank blocks the round houses allot but just cant stop the side kicks. Frank try a side kick and Cung catches it and sweeps Franks right leg and drops Frank the the ground and walks away. Frank then gives the motion of lets fight on the ground Cung say no way and Frank shrugs and says ok(Frank is a character). The too trade again with some good right hands from Frank and awesome kicks from Cung. Cung drops a right hand on Frank that will make Tim Sylvia think twice and rocks Frank.  When Frank comes to he gives the motion of that’s 2 and smiles (why didn’t Cung charge Frank and finish? I don’t know). The two guys go back to trading again until the horn went off.

Round 3 starts of right away with a big round house from Cung into Franks right arm at this time Franks arm is looking like raw meat. Cung is looking good with kick after kick, side kick to the abs and round house to Franks head or arm. They trade again for a while but Frank is slowing down and not as dominate as he should be. Cung finally lands his spinning back fist he has been working on for some time now. Frank throws another side kick and Cung catches it again and sweeps Frank again but this time he did it with authority and walked away. Frank gets and man he is pissed, usually Frank is a smiling and joking and talking shit but now Frank is mad as hell. Franks come back only to eat more hooks,round houses and sides over and over. Until Cung throws a round house and Frank catches him him with a big right hook and dazes Cung. Frank find his rhythm and catches Cung with right hook after right hook and almost finishing the fight. They go to the clinch and Cung eats 3 elbows from Frank until they finally split up and take it back to the middle of the ring . Cung finds hid groove again and the two guys battle it out trading punches and kick like crazy. The ten second click comes in and the fight gets very interesting with a round house from Cung right throw Franks arm to his face ( witch is when Cung brakes Franks arm) followed by a couple of right hooks and another big round house the face of Frank and then the horn hit for the end of the round. Frank takes a couple steps and falls in horrible pain.

Franks teem had to help him off the ground and set him in his chair. Frank says no more and  falls to the ground again in pain. I bet Franks arm is like a bag full of tooth picks. The fight is over at 5 mins of the 3rd round with Cung Le as the new middleweight champion. Franks says at the end of the fight “Cung Le broke my right arm with a kick I can feel the bones clicking” “Anybody who says Cung Le doesn’t know submissions he put one on my arm tonight hes a better man and a hes the  champion man he took me out”. Frank did one hell of a job and so did Cung. I was proud of both of them these two guys are Gladiators.

I just joking I real liked this movie. It was Hollywood of course the fight scenes were exaggerated and made more for looks and nothing like a real MMA fight. The MMA feel was there and allot of America saw it. This is going to be good for the sport and make it more popular.

The movie capitalized on moves that a beginning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student will learn but the training scenes were good, you can tell they did their home work.

I like it and you should go see it.

We all know whats going on with Randy and the UFC. If Randy and Tito go to EliteXC or HDnet fights they will bring a revolution with them. The three biggest name in MMA are Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture and Chuck Liddel. Chuck is not going any were Dana takes care of him. Tito and Randy want out you gotta be a fool if you think nobody is going to follow them.

Tito has this fight for UFC 84 and it will go down in history because after the fight Tito is going to say F%#$ Y*# Dana and bring together a Fighters union or at least lead fighters into other MMA organizations. If Tito wins this fight with Lyoto Machida Tito be unstoppable. But if Lyoto Machida wins Tito will have a hard time getting any fights with anyone.

I  hope the best for all the MMA fighters of the world. You guys are over worked and underpaid, especially in the UFC. Wait sorry the UFC fighters are not underpaid they are being robbed and we all can see it.

I wish that Tito wins (not that I have something against Lyoto Machida cause i don’t) so it will help with the fighters movement and Tito needs to win and get the respect he deserves.
