UFC is going to loose some top fighters.

Tito’s last fight is on May 24th UFC 84. Tito’s contracted is up an he said he is going to leave the UFC.  By Tito leaving he is going to start a wave of fighters following him when their contracts or up. Andrei Arlovski, Josh Koscheck, Mike Swick and Tim Sylvia all have contracts ending soon and I would not be suprised if they left. I know Tim said if the UFC doesn’t treat him better he will leave. Andrei is realy needed in the EliteXC because they have no heavyweight talent yet. Koscheck said he will stay and I have no news on Swick.

We all know whats going on with Randy and the UFC. If Randy and Tito go to EliteXC or HDnet fights they will bring a revolution with them. The three biggest name in MMA are Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture and Chuck Liddel. Chuck is not going any were Dana takes care of him. Tito and Randy want out you gotta be a fool if you think nobody is going to follow them.

Tito has this fight for UFC 84 and it will go down in history because after the fight Tito is going to say F%#$ Y*# Dana and bring together a Fighters union or at least lead fighters into other MMA organizations. If Tito wins this fight with Lyoto Machida Tito be unstoppable. But if Lyoto Machida wins Tito will have a hard time getting any fights with anyone.

I  hope the best for all the MMA fighters of the world. You guys are over worked and underpaid, especially in the UFC. Wait sorry the UFC fighters are not underpaid they are being robbed and we all can see it.

I wish that Tito wins (not that I have something against Lyoto Machida cause i don’t) so it will help with the fighters movement and Tito needs to win and get the respect he deserves.

UFC 82: Anderson Silva vs Dan Henderson

OMG! that was a good fight! OMG! Am I glad I was wrong in my prediction. The fight started off really intense. Silva walked out the most nervous I have ever seen him. Dan just had that big smile that he always has. The Bell rang and the two fighters meet in the middle of the octagon Dan put his hand out to touch glove and Silva did not touch gloves. Was Silva to nervous? was he mad at Henderson? I don’t know but I have never seen Silva like this before. Normally Silva is very humble and cool, this time he came out nervous and in the second round he went head hunting. Like if Anderson had something to prove. The fight was a little slow at first until Dan shoots and takes down Silva. Henderson stayed on Silva for the rest of the round throwing hammer fists and elbows what ever he can use. Anderson just hung on and waited patiently them Henderson move to side control and Silva spins out and put Dan in his guard, ten seconds later the bell rang. second round started and Anderson is a whole new man he is constantly working and keep the pace. Dan shoots again and Silva stays on top of Dan, then Dan stands back up and put Anderson against the fence. After a little bit a dirty boxing from Dan they move away and Anderson catches Henderson with a left shin kick to the face. Henderson is trying to get away but Anderson keeps give rights to Dans face and Dan falls to the ground. Anderson quickly goes to half mount and drops elbows like crazy on Dan. Henderson re-groups and takes control of Silva by keeping him close and hold him down. They both were staying busy for a little until you hear Herb Dean say “lets work! lets work!” and Silva starts drooping some pretty big bombs on Henderson but Henderson is still hanging in there. Dan gets in real trouble when Silva gets his back and mounts with the hooks. Henderson rolls over with Silva still on his back and Anderson slips in a body triangle. Anderson starts drooping those bomb again, some elbows and hooks. Dan is really not doing anything to defend him self right now(but who could?). Dan rolls over again on his stomach with Silva still on his back. Anderson takes advantage of the situation and tries to go for a “Rear Naked Choke”. Dan rolls over one more time and Anderson sinks the choke deep and Dan taps out. Anderson Silva defends his title again by defeating Dan Henderson at at 4 mins 52 seconds of Round 2 via Rear Naked Choke.

UFC 82 Dan Henderson vs Anderson Silva prediction

First of all I would like to say this fight is bull. sure it would be a killer fight but I don’t think Dan Henderson deserves another titled match. Dan came off of a loss from Rampage ( I know it was a different weight class) and I don’t care how many belts you have or how many weight classes you are in. If you are coming off a loss you should not get a title match. I only watch the UFC because of the fighters, I hate the leadership that the UFC has. They want MONEY! MONEY! MONEY! They are just making this fight for money. Dan Henderson should at least fight Rich Franklin, Rob Yunt or even Travis Lutter first before a title match. Dan is the man I’m not taking anything away from Henderson, it just that Silva is the Champ and he should be treated like a champ. Fighters should earn a title shot in the UFC, not earn it in PRIDE and then fight in the UFC. Rampage was a PRIDE bad ass and he didn’t get a title shot for his first fight. Rampage fought and proved him self to fight Chuck for the title. Dan comes in and gets a title shot and losses then turns around and gets another title shot. Dan I like you allot I’m a big fan but I don’t think you should get a title shot this early.

My prediction is that Dan Henderson will knock out Anderson Silva in the second round. Anderson I’m a big fan but I saw how Henderson did against Rampage and I’m worried for you. My heart is going for Silva but my brain is going for Henderson. I like both of these fighters and it is going to be a killer fight if not the best fight in MMA history. Good luck to the both of you.

Randy Cotoure could Fight Fedor by fall

With everyone’s attention on the ZUFFA vs Couture suite. Mark Cuban and HDNet Fights company quietly joined the Couture/UFC battle.

Wednesday, in a Dallas court house, HDNetFights filed a suite against ZUFFA. Seeking declaratory judgment concerning the contractual status of Couture/ZUFFZ promotional contract. Ironically enough, ZUFFAS co-defendant in the suite is technically Couture himself.

Randy Couture took the first shot in the heated legal war when he resigned from the UFC in OCT/07. It was a battle of words, with heated news conferences and verbal fighting with the media. ZUFFA filed a suite against Couture in Jan/08.

The HDNet Fights lawsuit in the Texas court asked for a declaratory relief(a ruling on when Randy Couture’s promotional contract will expire. If it is in favor of Couture it could open up a the Couture/Fedor fight in the fall. Witch everyone has been waiting for. It could potentially be promoted by HDNet Fights.

The Texas lawsuit represents is the first legal problem for Couture’s promotional contract with UFC. Sherdog.com reported “it is Couture’s employment contract and its one year non compete clause, not his promotional contract, that is at the center of ZUFFA’s complaint against Couture in Nevada. ZUFFA did not enter the promotional contract int evidence, but it offered the judge chance to view it by him self.

Dana White’s(UFC president) argument is that Couture owes two more fights to the UFC. Due to a so-called “retirement clause” found in Couture contract.

A letter made its self public in court, White responded to Couture’s resignation. “with regard to your fighting career, I presume that your letter refers to you Exclusive Promotional and Ancillary Rights Agreement(dated Jan 19, 07). Pursuant to Sec. 10.3 of the Agreement, I presume that you have decided to ‘retire’ from MMA or other professional fighting competition. Assuming that you intention, ZUFFA, LLC is electing to suspend the Term of the Agreement for the period of such retirement”. - ZUFFA

Randy has said publicly that he believes hi promotional contract expires at the end of the term. Witch could be in 18 months. So after the term ends Couture would be free to fight Fedor in the Fall out side of the UFC( man did the UFC mess that up)

I think this is all bull. The UFC is getting too greedy. they should have offered Randy more money and treated him much better. Because of the UFC’s greed they now have lost one of the biggest fights ever( stupid bunch of asses). Now some one else is going to make a shit load of money on this fight and Dana White is going to feel stupid as hell……..lol

Lawsuit against Randy Couture

I found out that Zuffa filed a lawsuit in Clarks County District Court for breach of contract and they are looking for over $10,000 in damages. I say Randy just pays the money to the UFC and goes some were else. You know what since Randy loves the compete so much he should partner with a smaller company and compete with the UFC….lol.. What ever Randy does Ill fallow him. Don’t worry Randy you have your fans with or without the UFC.

Randy Couture leaving the UFC

Dana White has started allot of drama and this tops it all. Randy is my hero and allot of people can agree with me on that. I like watching Randy in the UFC and I really cant picture him any were else. Randy wants to fight Fedor Emelianenko and nobody else. Randy has fought the best fighters in the world. Now all thats left is Fedor, the most dangerous Heavy Weight in the world. Every time they talk about making it happen something goes wrong. I found out the UFC offered Randy $500,000 to fight Fedor and they offered Fedor $1,000,000 to fight Randy. WTF! Thats not cool! Can Dana and the UFC be any more greedy? I like Fedor allot and I also like Randy allot but I’m on Randy’s side on this one. Randy is the UFC Heavy Weight Champ and he is not getting champion money. You don’t pay the challenger more money than the Champion, you just don’t do that(especially double). Who the hell is in charge of payroll? You know that Chuck lost two fights in a row and still got paid more than the UFC Heavy Weight Champion Randy Couture? Because of all that bull, Randy now left the UFC. Yes he is gone and he does not want to come back. I’m surprised that Dana didn’t take Randy off the website like he did Tito back in the day. Randy is pissed off and I don’t blame him for it I just hope something happens soon. I would really like to see Randy fight one last time before its to late. I think Randy will fight Fedor in the UFC if Dana comes up with an agreement with K-1 and the two fighters on the contract.

Tim Sylvia is leaving the UFC

UFC former Heavy Weight Champ Tim Sylvia is going to finish his last fight on his contract and move to K-1. Brock Lesnar made $250,000 in UFC 81 against Frank Mir and Sylvia made $100,000 for fighting Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira for the Interim Heavy Weight Title. know thats bull. I like Brock but he doesn’t deserve more money that the former champ Tim Sylvia. Shure Sylvia is not that good of a fighter and he only fights to survive instead of fighting to win. But he had a Title match with Nogueira and for that he deserves more.

“I have one fight left on my contract. I want to stay with the UFC, but I am going to go were the money is. Right now Brock is making more money than me. That has to change. I have a better name than him, and I am a better fighter than him.” - Tim Sylvia

Tim has a big head I believe Brock will smash Sylvia but he has point.

“In case you didn’t know, my manager runs M-1 Global. so I have a pretty good in, so we will see what happens in the next few months.” - Tim Sylvia

If Tim goes to K-1 like other UFC and Pride fightes have gone K-1 will be the next UFC and maby even better.

“I’m used to the UFC kicking me around. It’s happened since the beginning, and it’s never stopped.“ -Tim Sylvia

I think thats bull what Dana White is doing. Our fighters need some kind of a union or at least a percentage of the UFC events and income. Tito is leaving, Randy already left and Tim Sylvia is on his way. Dana better get off his knees and stop sucking Chucks you know what or he is going to loose the UFC.

UFC 81:Frank Mir vs Brock Lesnar

I like Frank Mir, he was the guy who broke Tim Sylvia’s arm back in UFC 48. But Brock Lesnar is a monster I repeat A MONSTER!. Lesnar is one of the few that has to cut weight to hit 265 lbs. I was going to Brock in this fight he is tailer made for a UFC Heavy Weight title. When the fight started Brock was all over Frank Mir, dominating the fight. Mir’s face was so jacked up its not even funny. When Brock took Mir down the last time Brock did not respect the skill and experience Frank Mir has in his Jiu Jitsu. The second Brock got on his feet Mir took advantage by grabing Brock’s ancle and imediently putting Brock in a knee bar. Lesnar tapped out at 1:30 of round 1. I hope Brock goes and fixes his game to come back and kick ass in the future.

UFC 81:Tim Sylvia vs Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira

I really enjoyed this fight. Tim Sylvia is known for his size and unexpected power punches. Witch is why he dominated the UFC heavy weight division for a long time, until Randy Couture came and knocked him off his Pedestal…lol. Sylvia had a 3 in reach advantage, a 5 in hight adavantage and almost 30 lbs on Nogueira. In the first round they went back and forth until Sylvia almost finished early by catching Nogueira with a left hook. Nogueira fell and Sylvia jumped on him and continued with good ground and pound. Nogueira did a good job protecting himself untill Sylvia stood up on his feet and let Nogueira back up. Nogueira then despritley took Sylvia down after getting hit by a big right hand, they stood up really fast and Nogueira played it safe untill the round ended. Round 2 stayed standing to with a couple of take down atepts from Nogueira but Sylvia was not having it. Nogueira landed some realy good hits, some well aimed jabs and some good conecting elbows. Sylvia landed some slopy jabs and hooks but he was not as agresive as he should have been. Round 3 was alot like round 2 until Nogueira pulled off a killer take down and landed on his back with Sylvia in his half gaurd. Nogueira then sweeped Sylvia and put Sylvia on his back and worked from his half gaurd until he gained side control of Sylvia. Sylvia tried to get back on his feet and Nogueira pulled off the most beautiful guillotine ever and submitted Sylvia at 1:28 of Round 3. Nogueira is the new UFC Heavy Weight Champion.
